There is no contact form
Deliberately. A form would need a server to receive it, this site is static files with no backend, and a form handler is the first thing that starts collecting data. See the privacy policy.
What is worth writing about
- A number you believe is wrong. Send the inputs — account currency, balance, risk %, instrument, entry, stop, and the contract size / pip size / rate you used — plus the result you got and the result you expected. That is enough to reproduce it.
- A missing instrument or a wrong contract specification. If your broker's contract size or pip size for a symbol differs from the default on this page, say which symbol and which broker convention applies. Defaults here are industry conventions, not universal rules, and corrections are welcome.
- A source question. Every symbol list on the home page names where it came from. If a count looks off, ask and it can be checked.
- Accessibility or mobile problems. Which device, which browser, and what you saw.
What we cannot help with
- Whether to take a trade. This site computes position size. It has no opinion on direction, and nobody here will give you one.
- Broker recommendations. The project has no relationship with any broker and will not suggest one.
- Account, deposit or withdrawal problems. Those belong to your broker, not to this site.
- Anything urgent. This is a one-person project with no support desk and no response-time promise.
Before you write
The about page explains why the three hidden defaults — units per lot, pip size and the currency rate — are editable, and the home page lists the assumptions you should check against your own broker. A surprisingly large share of "the calculator is wrong" reports turn out to be a contract size that differs from the default.
